She previously led a sales team of over 300 staff in the retail industry, where she gained hands-on experience in scaling operations and delivering consistent results under pressure.


She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management (Hons) and is a Certified OKR Professional (Level 1). Atikah specializes in helping SME founders align vision, strategy, and execution using structured goal-setting frameworks like OKR. Her calm leadership style and ability to resolve challenges effectively make her a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs navigating growth transitions.
