With a background in bioindustrial technology and corporate procurement, Muhammad Akmal brings a unique perspective to business growth and operational efficiency. A graduate of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), he previously served as a Senior Executive in Purchasing at Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad, where he gained valuable experience in supply chain management, cost optimization, and strategic vendor relations.

Now, as a Client Account Manager at RCG, Akmal leverages his expertise to help SMEs streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and drive sustainable growth. An OKR Certified Professional (Level 1) trained in Mastering OKRs, he works closely with business leaders to align goals, improve resource management, and implement structured performance strategies.
