									<p>PETALING JAYA – Richworks Consulting Group Sdn. Bhd. (RCG) menyasarkan nilai jualan keseluruhan oleh usahawan di bawah bimbingannya bertambah kepada RM4 bilion pada tahun ini berbanding RM3.3 bilion jualan yang dicatat pada tahun sebe­lumnya.</p>
<p>Kumpulan pementoran RCG terdiri daripada The Titan dan Titan Circle Plus yang dibim­bing dengan secara dekat oleh Pre­siden dan Mentor Usahawan Jutawan, Datuk Wira Dr. Azizan Osman yang kini berada pada tahap perkembangan dengan mencatat jualan lebih daripada RM1 juta setahun.<br /><br />Jualan pada tahun 2025 mencatat pertumbuhan sebanyak 14 peratus berbanding jualan yang dicatat tahun sebelumnya adalah sebanyak RM2.9 bilion.<br /><br /></p>
<p>Azizan berkata, unjuran pertambahan bagi tahun ini bakal dipacu oleh jumlah penyertaan usahawan daripada 200 hingga 350 peserta melalui program-program pementoran khas.</p>
<p>“Misi RCG kini mahu membantu usahawan bukan hanya mencapai jualan RM1 juta setahun, tetapi juga mampu menjana hasil jualan sehingga RM10 juta malahhingga RM100 juta setahun,” katanya.</p>
<p>Beliau berkata demikian pada majlis penyampaian Titan’s Inner Circle Meeting (ICM)- Titan Business Leadership Award 2026 di sini baru-baru ini.</p>

									<p><strong>JIKA </strong>dulu rutin hariannya di set penggambaran, kini pagi Memey Suhaiza bermula dengan live jualan, mesyuarat pasukan dan semakan operasi bisnes. Fasa hidupnya berubah, tetapi satu perkara kekal, kesungguhan yang tak pernah surut bila melakukan sesuatu.</p>
<p>Peralihan daripada dunia lakonan ke dunia keusahawanan bukan sekadar persinggahan buat Memey, sebaliknya menjadi perjalanan baharu yang dibina langkah demi langkah. Tanpa gimik, tanpa jalan pintas hanya kerja keras, disiplin dan sokongan keluarga sebagai tunjang.<br /><br />Siapa sangka, dalam tempoh hanya tiga tahun mengemudi jenama Normey, perkembangan yang diraih cukup luar biasa.</p>
<p>Jika tahun lalu jualannya sekitar RM4 juta, kini angka itu melonjak berkali ganda. Bagi Memey, pencapaian tersebut masih terasa ‘tak nyata’.<br /><br />“Kalau bandingkan dengan tahun lepas memang sangat berbeza. Saya sendiri kadang segan nak kongsikan angka sebenar, tapi Alhamdulillah peningkatannya besar dari tahun ke tahun,” katanya merendah diri.</p>
<p>Di sebalik kesibukan menguruskan bisnes yang kini mempunyai kira-kira 20 kakitangan tetap serta dibantu pekerja sambilan, pemilik nama sebenar Suhaiza Suhaimi itu mengakui rutin hariannya padat dari pagi hingga malam.<br /><br />Tiada istilah goyang kaki, pagi dia sendiri turun padang membuat siaran langsung, malam pula bersama pasukan memantau operasi. Malah, komitmen itu jugalah menjadi sebab dia tidak lagi aktif di layar perak.</p>

									<p>“Saya tidak terfikir ke arah itu (berlakon), tapi bukan bermakna minat sudah tiada. Cuma masa saya sekarang lebih kepada bisnes.<br /><br />“Setiap hari saya fokus pada keluarga, anak-anak dan live jualan. Saya uruskan banyak perkara sendiri, sebab itu masa untuk kembali ke bidang seni agak terhad,” ungkapnya jujur.</p>
<p>Menariknya, walaupun sering dilihat sebagai wajah hadapan jenama tersebut, anak jati Kota Tinggi, Johor itu tidak lokek mengakui insan paling kuat di belakangnya ialah suami tercinta, Norman Hakim.</p>
<p>“Orang nampak Normey ini Memey sebab saya ke depan dari segi marketing, tapi sebenarnya ia takkan jadi tanpa suami.</p>
<p>“Norman orang di belakang tabir. Dia banyak belajar tentang struktur bisnes, susun strategi, kemudian dia ajar saya… dan saya pula turunkan kepada team,” kongsinya.</p>
<p>Ditanya mengenai kontroversi yang pernah melibatkan suaminya, Memey memilih pendekatan lebih tenang dan berhati-hati.</p>
<p>“Saya memilih untuk tidak bercakap soal personal. Saya lebih suka reserved. Kita sendiri pun ada banyak kekurangan dan kita tak tahu apa akan jadi pada masa depan.</p>
<p>&#8220;Kita tak tahu apa yang akan berlaku masa depan. Jadi, saya sentiasa doakan yang terbaik, secara umumnya, begitulah yang saya boleh katakan. Apa yang saya kongsi, itu saja untuk tatapan umum,” jelasnya.</p>

									<p>Namun dari sudut perniagaan, dia bersyukur kerana kepercayaan pelanggan tidak pernah terjejas.</p>
<p>“Alhamdulillah, apa yang berlaku tak beri kesan pada bisnes. Pelanggan nilai kualiti dan servis.</p>
<p>“Alhamdulillah, dengan izin ALLAH, apa yang berlaku tak beri kesan pada bisnes. Pelanggan sekarang lebih nilai produk dan servis, bukan menilai cerita kontroversi semata-mata.</p>
<p>“Saya berniaga bukan sekadar suka-suka atau nak orang kenal jenama, tapi saya jaga kepercayaan pelanggan. Saya juga bersangka baik dengan semua orang, jadi tak pernah jadi isu,” ujarnya.</p>
<p><strong>Jaringan komuniti bisnes</strong></p>
<p>Seiring perkembangan jualan, pertumbuhan fizikal syarikatnya juga bergerak pantas. Bermula dari pejabat kecil, kini Normey memiliki dua bangunan operasi sendiri lengkap dengan ruang pengurusan dan gudang.</p>
<p>Lebih menarik, bangunan baharu yang pada awalnya hadir sebagai rezeki tidak disangka kini dirancang menjadi ruang yang lebih ‘hidup’.<br /><br />“Saya asalnya nak buat butik, tapi pelanggan saya ramai ibu-ibu. Jadi saya terfikir mungkin buat ruang santai seperti kafe atau restoran kecil.</p>
<p>“Suami pula cadangkan bina surau sekali. Jadi bila Ramadan, orang boleh datang berkumpul, beli produk dan beribadah sekali,” ceritanya teruja.</p>
<p>Bagi Memey, kejayaan bukan semata-mata diukur pada trofi, tetapi pada progres kecil yang diraikan setiap hari, daripada sasaran jualan harian sederhana hinggalah mampu melepasi target sendiri.</p>
<p>Memasuki 2026, langkah ibu kepada tiga cahaya mata itu semakin agresif. Dia tidak mahu jenamanya sekadar wujud atau ikut arus, sebaliknya mahu berdiri sebaris pemain industri besar.</p>
<p>Melalui jaringan komuniti bisnes, wanita berusia 37 tahun itu kini semakin terdedah dengan dunia korporat lebih luas. Malah, dia sendiri terkejut apabila jenamanya yang masih baharu berjaya menempatkan diri dalam kelompok Top 50 dan Top 20 bagi beberapa pengiktirafan industri.</p>
<p>Sebagai pembuka tirai 2026, Memey menerusi jenama Normey turut meraih Inspirational Icon Award 2025 menerusi Key Leaders Awards 2026 anjuran Richworks, satu simbolik kepada transisi besarnya daripada dunia seni ke dunia perniagaan.</p>

<p>Menyentuh mengenai penganjuran tersebut,  ia bukan sekadar acara penghargaan tahunan, sebaliknya menjadi platform menghimpunkan komuniti usahawan yang berkongsi aspirasi sama, membina perniagaan yang lebih kukuh dan mampan.</p>
<p>Sebanyak 161 perniagaan diraikan, dengan 198 penerima anugerah menerima pengiktirafan atas pencapaian masing-masing. <p>Menurut Mentor Usahawan Jutawan, Datuk Wira Dr Azizan Osman, pencapaian seperti itu tidak hadir secara kebetulan. Ia lahir daripada keberanian membuat keputusan, kesediaan menambah ilmu serta disiplin dalam melaksanakan perancangan yang tersusun.</p>
<p>Beliau turut menegaskan bahawa kejayaan sesebuah organisasi tidak terletak pada individu semata-mata, sebaliknya bergantung kepada kekuatan pasukan yang bergerak dengan hala tuju yang sama.</p>
<p>“Di belakang pertumbuhan yang konsisten, ada pasukan yang memainkan peranan penting memastikan hala tuju perniagaan tercapai. Kejayaan ini bukan milik pemilik sahaja, tetapi tulang belakang organisasi mereka,” ujarnya.</p>

									<p>KUALA LUMPUR — Kumpulan usahawan perusahaan mikro, kecil dan sederhana (PMKS) di bawah bimbingan RichWorks Consulting Group Sdn. Bhd. (RCG) terus mencatat prestasi memberangsangkan apabila menjana jualan terkumpul RM3.3 bilion sepanjang 2025, meningkat 14 peratus berbanding RM2.9 bilion pada 2024.<br /><br /></p>
<p>Pencapaian ini direkodkan oleh kumpulan pementoran eksklusif RCG, The Titan dan Titan Circle Plus++ (TCP++), yang menghimpunkan usahawan-usahawan dibimbing secara dekat oleh Datuk Dr Azizan Osman, kebanyakannya telah melepasi jualan RM1 juta setahun.</p>
<p>Pengasas dan Presiden RCG serta Pengerusi RichWorks Group Holdings Berhad (RGHB), Dr Azizan berkata, peningkatan tersebut berlaku apabila usahawan menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dan melaksanakan tindakan yang tepat.<br /><br />“Program Titan’s ICM diwujudkan sebagai ruang pembelajaran dan refleksi kepada usahawan yang dipantau secara dekat. Selain mengiktiraf prestasi dan kejayaan mereka, program ini turut mendedahkan ilmu kepimpinan, hala tuju strategik serta pendekatan praktikal yang relevan dengan cabaran perniagaan semasa dan masa hadapan,” katanya.</p>

									<p>Terdahulu, Dr Azizan menghadiri Titan’s Inner Circle Meeting (ICM) – Titan Business Leadership Award 2026 yang diadakan bagi mengiktiraf hasil usaha dan pencapaian usahawan di bawah ekosistem RCG.<br /><br />Majlis penyampaian anugerah yang berlangsung semalam itu mengiktiraf pencapaian 161 perniagaan melibatkan 198 penerima anugerah, merangkumi pelbagai kategori berdasarkan prestasi kewangan, pertumbuhan perniagaan serta tempoh penyertaan dalam program bimbingan.<br /><br /></p>
<p>Majlis Titan Business Leadership Award 2026 turut mengiktiraf kategori yang mencatat pertumbuhan sekurang-kurangnya tiga peratus ke atas, dengan jualan perniagaan melebihi RM10 juta hingga RM800 juta setahun.</p>
<p>Bagi anugerah tertinggi The Titan Grandeur Award pula disampaikan kepada lapan usahawan atas kepimpinan strategik, pertumbuhan konsisten dan impak ekonomi berskala besar.</p>
<p>Selain itu, anugerah khas Astro Inspirasi SeeNI Award turut diberikan kepada usahawan yang memanfaatkan ekosistem penyiaran Astro bagi menyokong pertumbuhan perniagaan dari aspek penjenamaan dan kepercayaan pasaran, hasil kolaborasi rasmi RichWorks bersama Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad.<br /><br /></p>
<p>Mengulas lanjut, Dr Azizan berkata, kejayaan perniagaan tidak digerakkan oleh usahawan semata-mata, sebaliknya turut didukung oleh pasukan yang memastikan visi dan misi organisasi dapat dilaksanakan secara konsisten.</p>
<p>“Pertumbuhan mampan mesti melibatkan manusia, sistem dan kepimpinan yang bergerak seiring. Itulah asas yang ditekankan dalam ekosistem bimbingan RichWorks,” jelasnya.</p>
<p>Menurut Dr Azizan, melalui ekosistem ‘SME 360’ yang diperkemaskan hasil penstrukturan syarikat tahun lalu, RichWorks yakin dapat membantu lebih ramai usahawan pada pelbagai peringkat.<br /><br />“Bantuan itu bermula daripada permulaan hingga perkembangan, iaitu mencapai jualan bukan sahaja RM1 juta, malah melebihi RM10 juta dan RM100 juta setahun,” katanya.</p>

									<p>SUBANG JAYA: RichWorks Consulting Group (RCG) celebrated the remarkable success of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs under its guidance, who collectively generated total sales of RM3.3 billion throughout 2025.</p>
<p>This performance represents a 14 per cent increase compared to the RM2.9 billion in total sales recorded by RichWorks entrepreneurs in the previous year.</p>
<p>The encouraging achievement involved exclusive mentoring members from The Titan and Titan Circle Plus++ (TCP++) groups, who were intensively guided by Billionaire Entrepreneur Mentor, Datuk Wira Dr. Azizan Osman.</p>
<p>According to Dr. Azizan, the sales growth was not a coincidence but the result of strong commitment from entrepreneurs who dared to take action based on leadership knowledge and structured business strategies. He added that the success was also driven by more systematic early preparation and an accurate understanding of current market dynamics.<br /><br />“Behind consistent growth, there is a team that plays a crucial role in ensuring business visions are achieved. This success does not belong solely to business owners, but also to the backbone of their organizations,” he said.</p>
<p>Speaking on targets for 2026, Dr. Azizan said RichWorks is confident that the group of guided entrepreneurs will be able to achieve total sales of RM4 billion.</p>
<p>RichWorks aims to expand entrepreneur participation from 200 to 350 participants through the implementation of more structured strategies under an enhanced SME 360 ecosystem.<br /><br />“We have a strategic plan to increase entrepreneur participation from 200 to 350 participants. Our mission is to help more entrepreneurs grow from RM1 million to a larger scale of up to RM100 million per year through the enhanced ‘SME 360’ ecosystem,” he added.</p>

These awards were presented to entrepreneurs who demonstrated strong financial performance and sustainable business growth.</p>
<p>Among the highest categories introduced was the Titan Grandeur Award, presented to eight entrepreneurs in recognition of their significant economic impact and strategic leadership within their respective businesses.</p>
<p>Strategic collaboration with Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad was also strengthened through the presentation of the Astro Inspirasi SeeNI Award, which recognizes entrepreneurs who have successfully leveraged media platforms to build trusted brands in the market.</p>
<p>Since its establishment in 2008, RichWorks has trained more than two million participants, contributing to the development of an inclusive and competitive MSME ecosystem at both local and global levels.</p>
