<p>The Movement Control Order (MCO) in 2020 was one of the most difficult periods we faced. With schools forced to close and revenue streams cut off, many kindergartens had to shut down permanently. I, too, was uncertain about what the future held. However, rather than retreating, I chose to seek guidance.<br /><br />Through structured coaching, I learned how to navigate the crisis, strengthen my business model, and make strategic decisions that would ensure long-term sustainability. Instead of scaling down, I made a bold move—I expanded. While others were closing their kindergartens, I acquired two additional shop lots to open new branches.</p>
