Initially launched as Vantage Five Enterprise, the company started by offering event exhibitions and creative services. Like many early-stage ventures, it faced common startup challenges: unreliable suppliers, unstable cash flow, and limited operational structure.

In 2016, I made the decision to seek help from RichWorks Consulting Group (RCG) to turn things around.

We optimized internal processes, introduced performance-based roles, and implemented proper hiring practices. Today, VFive Group has grown into four major divisions: brand activation and creative marketing, where we lead campaigns for top government and corporate clients; development and construction, which includes project management and renovation services; general trading, covering procurement, logistics, and supply chain solutions; and bio-agriculture, where we pursue sustainable innovation in food and farming. All of this was made possible by embracing digital transformation and systems thinking.
