Modernising Sheep Farming and Processing
Bebiri World was born from exploration. After shifting between different businesses, Abdullah Muhammad Bin Tajuddin found clarity in the agro-livestock industry, specifically sheep farming. While founded as a breeding operation, Bebiri World is now strategically focusing on the downstream sector, establishing its own slaughterhouse and meat processing capabilities to manage the entire livestock lifecycle.
Founded in 2021 with just 27 sheep and two team members, Bebiri World has grown into a modern operation managing thousands of livestock and serving customers nationwide. Today, the brand stands as a bridge between traditional farming practices, modern digital ownership, and integrated meat production.
Did You Know?
Most Bebiri World customers have never visited the farm. Nearly all ownership, agreements, and even the final processing of livestock happen fully online, making the entire sheep farming cycle accessible from anywhere in Malaysia.
Reimagining the Pawah System
At the heart of Bebiri World is a reimagined pawah system—an age-old livestock partnership model adapted for modern ownership. Customers can begin with as little as a single sheep that they fully own, while the farm takes care of breeding, daily management, and specialised slaughtering services.
What defines this model is the integration of the slaughterhouse phase. By managing the processing directly, Bebiri World ensures that carefully selected premium breeds such as Santa Ines from Brazil and Blackhead Dorper from Africa, soon to be complemented by Australian White, are handled with high standards of hygiene and Shariah compliance. This allows owners to easily transition their livestock into meat for Aqiqah, Korban, or personal use without requiring external vendors.
Building Presence Beyond the Farm
Although its operations are based in Johor, Bebiri World quickly grew beyond geographical boundaries. By focusing on a single primary channel, the brand established strong visibility and credibility among Malaysians nationwide, particularly families looking to build sustainable assets for the future.
Today, Bebiri World stands as a trusted name in modern livestock ownership, supported by a strong digital community and a growing base of owners who believe in the vision of a fully integrated local meat supply.
Leadership and Transformation with RCG
As the business scaled rapidly, structure became essential. Through leadership alignment and strategic guidance:
- Operations shifted from manual dependence to system-driven execution
- Team growth expanded from two people to a multi-department workforce
- The founder transitioned from daily firefighting to strategic decision-making focused on downstream expansion.
This transformation allowed Bebiri World to scale sustainably while maintaining transparency, efficiency, and brand trust.
A Scalable Livestock Ownership Model
Bebiri World goes beyond conventional sheep farming. It operates as a structured ownership system that enables individuals to enter the agro sector without the need for land, time commitment, or technical expertise.
Driven by innovation, transparency, and a strategic focus on the slaughterhouse and meat processing industry, the brand demonstrates how a traditional industry can scale through modern systems and clear leadership. From an initial 27 sheep, Bebiri World has grown into a nationally recognised model for modern livestock ownership and high-standard processing.
