Najib Asaddok’s business journey is defined by the rise of Iyziq, a brand built on the lessons of a decade-long career in marketing. Before the success of BeFocusPro, Najib built a large service business called Momentum Internet, leading a team of 100 staff. While he successfully coached thousands of entrepreneurs, he eventually realized that for a business to last, it needed to shift from high-cost services to a scalable, product-focused model.

The Market Shift and Operational Crisis

The business world faced a major turning point as the market changed. With the rise of AI and new customer habits, the demand for traditional digital marketing coaching began to drop. Najib faced a “sustainability test” as cash flow became very tight. Knowing his old model wouldn’t work in the new economy, Najib made the tough decision to restructure, reducing his team from 100 to a core group of 13 to protect his vision and start Iyziq.

Strategic Leadership with RCG

Najib’s ability to rise again is thanks to his 11-year journey with RCG. Under the mentorship of Datuk Wira Dr. Azizan Osman, he transformed his leadership style. His total trust in his mentor’s guidance kept him standing during his lowest points. He learned that managing success is actually harder than achieving it. 

Through RCG, he found the right strategy to pivot from coaching to selling a high-demand physical product.

The Pivot: Building a Product Powerhouse

Najib turned his own struggles with stress and mental fatigue into a business opportunity for Iyziq. He launched BeFocusPro, a product designed to help people find mental clarity. This change solved three major business problems:

  • Scalability: He no longer had to spend all his time doing live coaching.
  • Modern Marketing: He used his marketing skills to drive huge sales on platforms like TikTok.
  • Lean Growth: He now runs a very efficient team while producing more results than ever.

A New Chapter of Impact

Today, Iyziq is a massive success, moving 40,000 bottles of BeFocusPro a month. Najib has combined his experience as a trainer with his new business by building a network of 44 live hosts and a growing team of agents.
