Established in Bintulu, Sarawak, Klinik Medik Premier, originally known as Klinik Syazwani, was created with a clear purpose: to provide quality medical care in an environment where women feel comfortable, heard, and respected. From the beginning, the clinic positioned itself differently by combining professional healthcare standards with a calm, gender-friendly experience tailored to women’s needs.
The clinic was founded by Dr. Syazwani Arshad and Reza Roslan, who have known each other since high school. Their shared values, complementary skills, and lifelong friendship laid the foundation for a business built on trust, care, and community focus.
At the time of its establishment, Klinik Syazwani was among the earliest Islamic clinics in the area and one of the few clinics dedicated exclusively to women. This clarity of purpose became the foundation of the clinic’s growth and the strong community trust it continues to enjoy today under its new name, Klinik Medik Premier.

During the COVID 19 pandemic, Klinik Medik Premier, then operating as Klinik Syazwani, chose responsiveness over retreat. Instead of scaling back services, the clinic introduced flexible healthcare packages to meet urgent community needs, including testing and vaccination services.
By prioritising relevance and accessibility, the clinic maintained operations, retained its medical team, and continued serving patients during a critical period. This adaptability reinforced the clinic’s reputation as a dependable healthcare provider during uncertainty.

As patient demand increased, Klinik Medik Premier expanded its physical space to improve patient flow and overall comfort. The addition of multiple consultation and treatment rooms enabled smoother appointment management and reduced waiting times.
